It's made by the original creator (and for that matter TEAM) of Devil May Cry, so it's essentially the spiritual Devil may Cry 2, only with a different unrelated storyline and a female heroine. Confused? Don't be. If you loved the original DMC as much as I did, you'll dig the fuck out of this game. It's awesome. (DMC2-4 were made by mostly different people thus, they are lacking the badassness and "soul" of DMC 1. DMC3 and 4 were amazing however despite lacking the original team. 2009 was the worst year ever. Fuck you 2009. [Friday, January 1st] llerrad Without going into too many details, trust me it sucked and was the worst year ever. This year was epic-lames. Anyway, Happy new years! I decided to revive this old blog hobby of mine. I used to enjoy it, so what the fuck. Here I am again, ready to party and fuck your eyes out with my wordphallus. Yeah, ok that was gross, I'll admit but whatever. NEW ENTRY! Let's randomly talk about two movies I just rented and/or saw recently, shall we? 1) Jennifer's Body. Jennifer's Body is basically just Transformers if it were written by Diablo Cody; if you were to take out all the Transformers and just show Megan Fox in slow motion eating everyone male I mean. Shut up, it's a perfect analogy. The joke is, there is no joke. I'll just say this, the only thing I remember about transformers? Megan Fox and the car scene. It's the same thing with Jennifer's body. After you see this movie, all you'll remember is Megan Fox. My favorite part of this movie though? The bedroom scene. Megan Fox is wearing an Evil Dead shirt (awesome), and makes out with another girl (also awesome). That alone made me a fan. Of Jennifer's body. Not the movie though; that sucked hard. But no seriously, it's a pretty solid b-movie comedy that you'll probably either hate or think is hilarious. I'm kind of inbetween. I do appreciate the fact though that the last words out of Jennifer's mouth are *SPOILER* "My tits!" It pretty much sums up my thoughts on the movie exactly. Actually, while we're at it, so does this: That's (mostly) actual dialogue. She doesn't actually give her a tampon. I'd give this movie a 2 out of 5. One for each boobie. hehehehehe. This "review" was only semi-serious. Heh, I said semi. Next- 2) Paranormal Activity. The only thing fucking paranormal about this movie was the fact that I was able to watch the entire thing without throwing my tv out the window. Nothing happened. For an hour. This movie was made with a budget of about $1.50 plus whatever it cost to find an ouija board on ebay. (Like, $15 dollars tops?) The basic premise of the movie is this: A woman fearing for her life because of a "demonic haunting" or some shit takes it upon herself to let her disbelieving boyfriend film their bedroom (and other random, totally boring shit for two hours), as various supposed to be "scary" events occur. What actually ensues are the following horrifying acts: a door opening on it's own and then closing (!), random demonic noises and footsteps (also !), some weird sleepwalking behavior that's never explained (meh*), a burned photograph in the attic that doesn't exist (!), and an invisible being pulling the covers off of the boyfriend while he's sleeping and then pulling the girl down a hallway for no real reason other than shock value!(!) Also an ouija board moves on it's own and lights itself on fire! OMG! SCARIEST MOVIE EVAR! *All "!"s actually denote mehs. Fuck this movie. You know what? I'll save you the trouble of having to watch it. (I actually already did.) Here is the entire movie, condensed into one screenshot (Most of the movie is shot of this room): There, I saved you the cost of whatever it took for you to rent this piece of shit movie. *You might want to watch it though to get the joke. I guess that defeats the purpose of what I just wrote though. heh Also, bitch freaks out about a ouija board for an hour. Seriously. The end. OH WAIT. THE DVD HAS AN ALTERNATE ENDING. It's also a waste of time. Sigh.. Hopefully next/this year will be better. Maybe I'll rent better movies.. or proofread my entries a little better. //here's to hoping// cmnt
